The SpeedFactory DBD-1000 Dual Backdoor Intercooler is built with a high quality 3.5" thick SpeedFactory Air-to-Air Intercooler Core, featuring bar and plate construction with a very specific staggered fin combination engineered to achieve maximum cooling efficiency while minimizing pressure drop. Our custom engineered end tanks are carefully hand-formed in house from H-3 5052 aluminum and are fully TIG welded. This 850HP-1000HP rated, smooth-flowing intercooler was designed specifically to fit tidily between the front framerails on street/racing applications, and requires minimum charge pipe lengths.
This intercooler comes standard with 3" inlet / 3" outlet bead rolled tube ends. Vibrant Performance Vanjen clamps are also available upon request for faster, more secure charge pipe connections. Please call or email us before you place your order if you would like the Vanjen flanges welded to your intercooler. All of our intercoolers ship complete with the SpeedFactory logo stenciled on the face of the core and have M8x1.25mm aluminum mounting bungs already attached for easy installation. Returns are accepted within 14 business days after delivery. Items that are retuned must be in brand new re-sellable condition with its original unopened packaging. Items returned with damaged packaging will be refused. It is important in ensure you are ordering the correct product as ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After 14 Business Days we can not accept refunds or exchanges. Once your returned item is received and inspected, a store credit or refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
