Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 business days after delivery. Items that are retuned must be in brand new re-sellable condition with its original unopened packaging. Items returned with damaged packaging will be refused. It is important in ensure you are ordering the correct product as ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After 14 Business Days we can not accept refunds or exchanges. Once your returned item is received and inspected, a store credit or refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Shipping

Processing and preparation for shipping typically takes 3-4 business days before your order is shipped. In some cases this lead time may be shorter and sometimes longer. In the case where it may take longer then expected you will be contacted Via email by our support team. If you order an item that's on backorder, we will reach out with an estimated arrival time as soon as one is provided. We do not control the time in transit but however select the best shipping carrier for your order.
